Answernetic is provided by Mario Bertsch. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. There is no public API.
2. Permitted Use
You may ask individual questions through the website and use the returned answers for any lawful purpose, including personal or professional use. You remain solely responsible for how you rely on those answers. The bans in section 3 still apply.
3. No Distillation, Scraping, or Training Use
The following are not allowed without prior written permission:
- Retrieving, scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, or systematically collecting questions, answers, prompts, or other content from Answernetic
- Using Answernetic outputs, or any collection of those outputs, to train, fine-tune, evaluate, distill, or otherwise improve any machine learning or AI model
- Building datasets or benchmarks from Answernetic responses for model development
- Automated high-volume requests intended to extract the underlying answer set
This ban covers direct and indirect use, including through proxies, bots, wrappers, or third-party tools.
4. Copyright and Ownership
The website’s text, layout, branding, and code are the intellectual property of Mario Bertsch. Answer text may also come from imported third-party datasets subject to their own licenses. Neither this website nor returned answers may be treated as free training data.
5. No Warranty and No Liability for Accuracy
Answers can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. Answernetic is provided as is, without any warranty of accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. I do not verify every answer and I am not liable for decisions, losses, or damages arising from reliance on any answer. Answernetic is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always check important information yourself.
6. Abuse and Access Limits
Abuse, excessive automated requests, or attempts to extract the dataset may lead to rate limits, blocking, or termination of access without notice.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
